This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I first joined about five years ago. I had some art up and then I pulled it down. Finally, I only had left scraps of my early Photoshop experiences. If you don't know, I'm really a musician/singer/songwriter, but I'm infinitely drawn (pun partially intended) to all art in any form, shape, or size. Although my art may not be as dedicated as others, and it lacks the professional touch as most, it is dictated by a hand and a mind that enjoys exploring however naive.
I'm back on here mostly because I'm re-discovering beckhanson's art and for the first time, seeing wezface's on the internet. Seeing the positive responses they got from their expression has urged me to throw up the doodles that I've worked on over the last several years since I have been gone. Thank you Beck and Wendy for the ispirazione.
Welcome to DA! Good luck on getting past your artist block, or whatever you want to refer to it as. They can be a pain in the ass. DOn't give up, and force yourself to try new things. A prof at my school has a habit of finding out what everyones preferred medium is and making them work in the exact opposite. He calls it "taking you out of your comfort zone". Maybe that's worth a try?
And thank you for your kind comment.

Sometimes I lie awake at night, and I ask, "Where have I gone wrong?" Then a voice says to me, "This is going to take more than one night."
